Tony Smibert AM, is a renowned painter in watercolour and acrylics, author of numerous publications on historic watercolour and a Visiting Artist Researcher at Britain’s Tate Gallery.

Hugh and Mary moved to Tasmania in 1980 after studying Gold & Silversmithing at RMIT, Melbourne. McLachlan Studio was established that year on their beautiful rural property on the banks of the Meander River just outside Deloraine. After 40 years of creativity, passion and inspiration they look forward to the future with the same excitement and exhilaration…creating, designing and making art.

Helmut Schwabe is a Tasmanian sculptor, with a background as a professional ceramicist and concerned environmentalist.

Knut Mueller was born in Germany near Hamburg and moved to Tasmania, Australia in 1982 . His designs are inspired by the rugged beauty of Tasmania, it's flora and fauna and many other influences.

Neil Hoffmann lives and works in Reedy Marsh Tasmania, where he has worked with clay and fire for over thirty years. Initially producing gas-fired tableware, Neil now fires wood burning kilns for the making of both sculpture and tableware.
