McLachlan Studio | Hugh & Mary McLachlan

Hugh and Mary moved to Tasmania in 1980 after studying Gold & Silversmithing at RMIT, Melbourne. McLachlan Studio was established that year on their beautiful rural property on the banks of the Meander River just outside Deloraine. After 40 years of creativity, passion and inspiration they look forward to the future with the same excitement and exhilaration…creating, designing and making art.

McLachlan jewellery, sculpture and paintings are in private and public collections, including the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra; and have been selected for major exhibitions and events, in Australia and overseas. Art that will last a lifetime and beyond…a wonderful thought.
