The Tasmanian Craft Fair presents a range of awards each year recognising excellence in the fields of craft or arts.
The Premier’s Award for Excellence
"A work of excellence. The many processes involved show great mastery of the discipline where Peter has extended the boundaries.
Selected from a short list of exhibitors who have chosen to paticipate in this special entry category and who have nominated a specific artwork from their display to be considered.
The work must have been completed within the past 12 months and must not have been previously exhibited.
The winner will have demonstrated excellence of national/international standard, as measured by the quality of the work, to be considered in the context of the exhibitor's overall presentation.
