Wakky Taz Creations
Wakky Taz is the creation of Marie and Terry Proctor, two Tasmanian artists who create stunning artisan glass pieces. They have been selling their wares at markets all over Tasmania, and you can now purchase these stunning items online. Items available;
1. Glass Jewellery - The first, and most important items of our product range are handmade glass jewellery. I create all the designs myself and wishing to strongly promote Tasmania. The core product in this jewellery range is what we refer to as a “Tassie Triangle “ pendant, which was created with the stylised shape of Tasmania as its inspiration. Other glass jewellery to complement this “Tassie Triangle“ include both stud and hanging earrings, brooches, rings and bracelets. We have just introduced a new line of Tasmanian Birds and Animal glass pendants, inspired by our window art.
2. Window Glass Art - The glass window art has the majority of the designs being a collection of Tasmanian Birds and Animals. I have also produced a range of framed glass Garden pictures, designed to sit on a window, hang on a wall or sit on a shelf.
3. Wooden Jewellery - Our third is our wooden pieces consisting of pendants that have designs hand etched and carved into them, before finishing off, all made from Tasmanian wood.
