We’re a family business run and operated from the Hunter Valley. Marcel de Wit is the creator of all the sauces and the Chilli Factory. He’s a chef by trade and together with his wife Connie, used to have multiple award-winning restaurants.
All our products have fresh natural 100% Australian grown chillies. We do not use any artificial flavours or preservatives. There is no MSG added to our products and most products are 100% gluten free.
